Merchandiser Manager.

Reporting to: Project Manager

Responsible for: The daily management of store specific merchandising teams

Location: Nationwide

Description:

Joining a rapidly expanding company with great opportunities to further progress your career.
To successfully implement planograms within set timescales, to acceptable standards. Working nationally in varying retail environments from Grocery through to DIY.
Candidates need to be hardworking flexible with a “hands on” approach & be able to work unsociable hours.
Working away from home will be a fundamental requirement for this position.

Person:

  • To be able to demonstrate planogram implementation experience
  • Taking accountability for setting own work standard
  • Working to set timescales
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Must possess the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Communicate effectively with Project Manager & other members
  • Interact with Store Team
  • Not of afraid of hard work with long hours attached to this role
  • Preferably be able to drive with own car – however this is not essential

Conditions and hours of work :

  • Minimum 37.5hrs per week- 4/5 days and may include weekends
  • Competitive hourly rate
  • Accommodation & meal allowance when staying away from home
  • Full re-embersment of all travel expenses
  • Uniforms provided
