Training Facility

JCM Group have just completed the construction of a purpose built training centre on their site at Billingham, to help with our people development programme. The centre itself has been fitted out with racking / shelving / chillers / freezers and the actual products displayed in stores, a really true to life area has been created to develop and train merchandisers and shop fitters to the high standards set by the market place today.

We are also working towards an industry-accredited qualification to match the standards required in the market place today.

The centre itself can also be utilised by our clients for range / category development, pre trial conceptual initiatives thus also taking the opportunity of working with our own in-house team.
